Staple products. Exceptional customer service. November 8, 2011 Reviewer: Edward from Vancouver, BC Canada   I ordered this dress shirt that I like very much.  It's one of my favorite dress shirts that I own because it actually fits me.  When I was concerned with the delivery from US to Canada, the customer service department went above and beyond my expectations and by wanting to look into very specific details with the postal service as to why there was confusion with my package. Finally, a shirt that fits... November 8, 2011 Reviewer: Henk from Massachusetts   I'm 5'-4", 150lbs and have NEVER found a dress shirt off the shelf with the right sleeve length.  I ordered two shirts [15.5 30/31] and am very pleased with the fit.  The sleeves are perfect and the shirt fits correctly around my chest and waist.
