Our holiday returns policy began November 1, 2016
We know that the holidays can be a time of uncertainty when it comes to buying items. We appreciate that you may not be sure about sizes or whether the recipient will appreciate your hard-thought gifts! Because of this, we like to have an extra generous returns policy for the Holiday period each year and this year is no exception.
We’ve extended our 30-day policy as follows:
Items purchased on or after November 1, 2016 may be returned until the later of 30 days from sale date or January 15, 2017. For Gift Recipients: If you must return an item, we will issue store credit in the amount of the product’s original purchase price or credit the original credit card used to complete the purchase transaction. Please let us know which option you prefer on the return authorization form included with your order.
Otherwise, our standard return policy applies:
Please return your items along with the completed return form printed on the packing slip enclosed with your order. If it has been lost or was not included, just pop us an email and we’ll send you a new one. Refunds are for product cost only. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. For a refund to be issued, items returned must be unworn, in new condition, with all original tags still attached and intact as shipped to you.
